4 Week Online Nutrition Class

Class will be held on Aug. 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
Classes will be held from 6:30-8:30pm




Each nutrition class (1 ½ hours to 2 hours) is packed full of information including:

·  Prevent and reverse metabolic syndrome

·  Reduce visceral abdominal fat

·  Do carbohydrates really make you fat?  What does the research say?

·  How much protein do you need?

·  Critical information about osteoporosis prevention

·  Learn the latest research on the connection between fat consumption and insulin resistance, inflammation, heart disease and weight loss. 

·  How much fat do you need in your diet and what are the best sources? 

·  Learn how common healthy diets lead to nutritional deficiencies, cravings and weight gain.

·  What foods promote inflammation and pain and how can you reduce the risk

·  Learn the physiologoy of metabolism and detoxification

·  Hypoglycemia, what is it, what causes it and how you can overcome it

·  Learn how to select foods that are high in nutrients, low in calorie density that will fill you up and allow you to lose weight effortlessly
  • Dietary connection to Cancer
This class will challenge your understanding of nutrition, providing myth-busting information based on the latest nutrition research. 

Each class will have a 15-20 minute Q & A session so you can get all your questions about nutrition answered.
